- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, you must email us with as much detail as possible about the item(s) defects or reason(s) for requesting a refund/exchange. Pictures are highly recommended when dealing with a manufacturing defect. Please contact us at info@propellersoundrecordings.
- Returns or refunds are only accepted for items with a manufacturing defect. Incorrect orders (a.k.a. human data-entry errors or regret/"late night drunk shopping") are not eligible for refunds.
- To complete a return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval.
Returns (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@propellersoundrecordings.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@propellersoundrecordings.
com-please include your order#. You will be responsible for any/all shipping charges.
- Defective items can only be replaced by the same item.
- Wearables may be returned only if they are in new condition (unwashed and unworn).
- Please include a note clearly stating what you want to happen and include your order number or a copy of the original invoice.
- Shipping and Handling fees can not be refunded
- Within 2 weeks of receipt of your return, you can expect to receive a credit for the returned item(s).

- You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY MERCHANDISE FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
Return the original purchased item, per the instructions above under the heading: "Can I return my merchandise?"
Place another order for the item you prefer to have.

We are partnered with Redeye Distribution for international distribution (through a partnership with Proper Distribution). Please check with one of our partners for more info.
2. Hey, can you sign my band?
We are a small label with big plans so our release schedule is pretty full already. We like to think that we aren't actively looking for new bands to sign. Never say Never!", right?
